**BOOKING POLICIES**
1- Down payment via PayPal or debit/credit card will be required in order to confirm your booking.

2- In order to purchase the Park entry tickets the SINAC require your full names, passport or driver license numbers and your nationality, so we will require that information as part of the booking process. (SINAC= government entity in charge of selling the tickets).

3- Once the down payment has been made, we will provide a fully detailed confirmation email of how to meet the tour guide at our assigned meeting place which is 50mts (165ft) distance from the main Park entrance and/or the details of the pick up place (if applies) and also about the regulations to enter to the Park.

4- If you book through a Travel agency or Hotel you must present a confirmation voucher before the beginning of the tour.

5- During high/peak season (December until April) tickets to enter the Park might sell out without notice, if you book last minute and there are no tickets available to operate the tour, there is the option to rescheduled for a different date, if not available in your itinerary, a full refund will be made.

1- All rescheduling tours are subject to availability, if there is no availability to reschedule your tour for another date, the cancellation policies detailed below will apply.

2- If cancelled 15 days before arrival date, you will get a FULL refund.
2.1- If the tour is cancelled because there are no tickets available (Last minute bookings only) FULL REFUND

3- If cancelled 14-8 days before arrival date, you will get a 50% refund.

4- If cancelled 7 days or less before tour arrival date, there is NO refund.
_________________
5- Please be on time at the specific pick up or meeting place, NO refund for NO-SHOWS.

6- No refunds for tours cancelled due rain or any other natural causes that may endangered your safety once the tour has begun.

7- Once the Park tickets has been purchased their cost is NOT REFUNDABLE because they are dated and during the purchase process we must type the name and passport numbers of all the participants, and while you're entering the Park that info will be verified so that's why we can't resell the tickets to other bookings.

8- If you need to cancel or reschedule the tour, either due to mourning, Covid-19 issues, or any serious injury that makes it impossible to do the activity, the full refund would only apply as long as the tickets to enter the park HAVE NOT been purchased, partial refund will be considered if you cancel your tour ONLY due the previous mentioned circumstances, medical documents that proof illness or injuries will be requested in order to consider full or partial refunds.

**RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE TOUR**
⚠️ Due to maintenance duties and capacity controls, visitors are not allowed to get out of the park and reentry with the same entry tickets.

⚠️ After the tour you have the option to stay inside the park on your own, enjoying other trails or chilaxing at the beach area. **(Keep in mind that if you booked the 1pm, 1:30pm or 2pm tours, those won't include time to enjoy the beach, because the beaches inside the park close at 3pm and the park trails at 4pm)**

⚠️ You should consider that you're visiting a tropical forest which is HOT and HUMID, so if you're travelling with toddlers, children younger than 10 years old and/or elderly people keep in mind that the 10am, 11am and 11:30am tour times are NOT recommended for them because of the heat and humidity.

⚠️ There is a cafeteria inside the park where you have the option to buy food as salads, bakery options, sandwiches, pizza, or drinks as fresh fruit smoothies, sodas, water, natural juices, and even ice cream to cool off for a little bit, the distance from the beach is 300mts (1.000ft), between the beach and cafeteria area there are also changing rooms, showers and bathrooms.

⚠️ Tour duration of 2 hours is from the park entrance until the beach area inside the park, then, you can get out at the time you want from the beach until 3pm that the beach close, the exit walk could be between 25-45 min depending how fast you go and also which trail you take to get out.

⚠️ Instructions and recommendations regarding where to park or how to arrive to the meeting place will be sent after you confirm the payment of your booking.

⚠️ All our tours include photos and videos taken during the activity, once the tour is finished you'll have the option to stay at the beach area or explore other trails available inside the national park.

⚠️PLEASE, take a photo of the passport of each adult participant since the park rangers are sometimes requesting this information at the time of entering the national park, is not necessary to bring the physical passport.

**FORBIDDEN THINGS TO BRING INSIDE THE PARK**
❌ All types of food are forbidden to bring inside the park, even bubble gum and candies!

❌ Single use plastics are NOT allowed, plastic water bottles and similar will be rejected at the entrance when the rangers double check our backpacks, don't take the chance bringing that in order to avoid cranky rangers taking those out of your backpacks.

❌ No Alcoholic drinks, no cigarettes, pipes, vapes or lighters, no hammocks, no frisbees, no speakers, no drones, no beach chairs or umbrellas, no sport balls, nor coolers are allowed to bring.

❌ Neither AEROSOL bug spray or AEROSOL sunblock spray is allowed to enter the park, you can bring those products but ONLY as lotion.

✅ Bathing suit (if you're planning to enjoy the beach), if you visit the park during the dry season (Dec-May) make sure to bring comfortable clothes, during the rainy season (Jun-Nov) you can bring long pants and shirts with long sleeves BUT consider also the humidity so bring enough hydration.
